1. Overview
Constellary Ordo ships books and merchandise through trusted print-on-demand partners and fulfillment networks.
Because each physical item is printed specifically for your order, production and shipping times may vary.
This policy explains how orders are processed, how long they take to arrive, and what to expect throughout the process.
2. Print-on-Demand Production Time
All physical products (including Deluxe Editions, Adult Editions, Youth Editions, and related merchandise) are produced on demand.
Typical production times:
Books: 3–7 business days
Merch or special items (if applicable): timelines may vary by supplier
Production may take longer during holidays, sales periods, or unexpectedly high demand.
Production begins as soon as your payment is confirmed.
Because of the custom nature of these products, production cannot be paused, altered, or canceled once it begins.
3. Shipping Times
After production is complete, your order will be shipped.
Estimated delivery windows:
United States: 3–8 business days
Canada: 5–12 business days
Europe: 5–14 business days
International (rest of world): 7–21 business days
Actual delivery times may vary based on:
location
carrier availability
weather disruptions
customs processing (international orders)
Constellary Ordo is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs agencies.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
your location
item weight and dimensions
carrier service selected
number of items in your order
We do not mark up shipping fees.
You will always see the full shipping cost before completing checkout.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number (when available).
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the carrier receives your package.
Some international carriers may offer limited tracking depending on local postal systems.
6. Incorrect Addresses
Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing checkout.
Constellary Ordo cannot:
redirect shipments,
alter addresses after the order is placed, or
refund or replace items shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, shipping fees are non-refundable.
A new order must be placed with the correct details.
7. Delivery Issues & Carrier Delays
Once a package has been passed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside our control.
We are not responsible for:
delays caused by carriers
delays caused by customs
weather-related disruptions
strikes, labor shortages, or logistical constraints
However, if your package appears stalled or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in contacting the carrier.
8. Lost or Missing Packages
If your shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will send a replacement at no cost.
A package is considered lost only if:
the carrier declares it lost, or
the tracking has not updated for 15+ business days (domestic) or 30+ business days (international)
We cannot replace packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
For stolen packages, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier or your local postal service.
9. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no cost.
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:
your order number
photos of the issue
a brief description of the problem
Eligible situations include:
torn or crushed covers
printing flaws
pages misaligned or damaged
books damaged during shipping
Replacements are shipped as soon as the issue is verified.
10. Digital Products
Digital products (e.g., eBooks, downloadable files) are delivered instantly via email or account access.
No physical shipping is involved.
There are no shipping fees for digital items.
Delivery is considered successful once the download link or digital file is sent.
11. International Customs Fees
For international shipments, customs or import fees may be charged by your local government.
