Refund & Returns Policy

1. Overview

At Constellary Ordo, every product is created, printed, or delivered specifically for each customer.
Because of this custom, on-demand model, we do not offer refunds or returns on digital products or printed-on-demand items, except in rare cases where an order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect.This policy ensures transparency and fairness, while allowing us to maintain high-quality production from trusted partners.


2. Digital Products – No Refunds

All digital goods — including eBooks, downloadable files, PDFs, and any other digital content — are final sale.

Once a digital product is delivered or downloaded, it cannot be returned, revoked, or verified as unused, which is why refunds are not possible.

If you experience technical issues accessing your digital purchase, we will gladly assist you to ensure successful delivery.


3. Print-on-Demand Products – No Refunds

Our printed books, premium editions, and other physical items are produced individually when you place an order.
Because each item is manufactured on demand:

✔ All print-on-demand sales are final.✔ We do not accept returns for reasons such as:

  • change of mind

  • deciding you ordered the wrong edition

  • personal preference

  • dissatisfaction with subjective design elements

However, we stand behind the quality of our products.


4. Replacement for Damaged or Defective Items

If your printed product arrives with a defect, print error, or shipping damage, we will replace the item at no cost.

Examples include:

  • Pages printed incorrectly

  • Significant color distortion

  • Manufacturing flaws

  • Torn or damaged pages

  • Damaged covers or spines

  • Items lost in transit

To qualify for a replacement, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the defect or damage

Once verified, we will issue a replacement order immediately.


5. Lost or Missing Shipments

If your package is lost by the carrier, we will work with the shipping provider and, when confirmed, send you a replacement at no charge.


6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure

If an order cannot be delivered because:

  • the shipping address was entered incorrectly,

  • the customer failed to receive or pick up the package, or

  • the carrier returned the item as undeliverable,

we cannot issue refunds or replacements.
A new order will need to be placed with the correct information.


7. Cancellations

Because each item is manufactured immediately after purchase, orders cannot be canceled once printing or digital delivery has begun.

For digital products, fulfillment is instant and therefore non-cancellable.
